This area of Exactus ERP complies with the technological requirements of companies with manufacturing processes that can be controlled by means of production orders. It is aimed at meeting the needs of industrial companies requiring strict measuring of performance and costs of their production processes, by integrating them adequately into the other areas of the company.
Exactus ERP Manufacturing consists of the following modules: Product Management*, Production and Costs*, Production Master Plan, Material Requirements Plan, and Maintenance Management. Integration
Exactus ERP integrates these processes within a single system, with the other areas of the company; for example: inventory control, human resources and accounting. In Exactus ERP all the movements registered in the production process are linked to the above-mentioned areas, thus ensuring the integrity of information.
Traceability
Thanks to its management of production orders and lots, among other features, Exactus ERP guarantees an adequate traceability of the production processes, the raw materials, and finished products involved in these processes. Traceability is not limited to manufacturing, but it rather extends to the entire system, allowing to track from the specific lot sold to a specific customer, to the supplier of the raw materials used in the production order.
Real Costing
Exactus ERP allows you to keep a comprehensive control of costs in your productions processes, including not only direct costs (materials and labor) but also indirect and overhead related costs.
Flexible Formulation
Exactus ERP Manufacturing offers functions that allow modeling the production of items with as many levels as required by the company, detailing in every case the materials, hours, and other indicators. It is also possible to detail semi-finished products, sub-processes and operations.
Maintenance Management
As a complement to the manufacturing area, this module allows keeping a detailed control of the maintenance carried out to the company’s equipment (integrated with Inventory Control, Human Resources and Accounting). This function also allows the calendarization of both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks (based on time or other monitoring units, such as mileage, hours of use, temperature, etc.).
Materials Explosion
The system allows an adequate and precise explosion of materials at different levels, from the specific explosion of a production order to evaluate whether the product can be manufactured with the stock in inventory, to planning the requirements for a medium and long term production plan.
